NEW TAIPEI CITY, Taiwan –26th October 2022 –
Korenix released an industrial grade-slim size-secure cellular router- JetWave 2424, with remote management (Web GUI, SNMP, Korenix View, Mobile Manager), secure connection, and firewall/NAT, for the Ethernet to cellular machine-to-machine (M2M) communication market.
 
The JetWave 2424 Series equips one embedded 4G LTE module, dual SIM standby for carrier provider redundancy, and four Fast Ethernet ports for routing or switching. Besides, the JetWave 2424 series – with one additional 802.11n 2.4GHz WIFI interface as cellular traffic offload and meeting the local access solution – could reduce connecting costs effectively. It is a good choice for building a high-speed and reliable LTE Wi-Fi hotspot in vehicles. It provides convenient internet access and is quick and convenient to install in wire-unreached areas. Based on the industrial-grade design, supporting 24V (12-48V) DC input and -40~70℃ wide operating temperature, the JetWave 2424 series is dedicated to supporting the most mission-critical needs, including heavy industrial environments.

Next Generation Long Term Evolution (LTE)
The product can support the next generation Long Term Evolution (LTE) 2x2 DL MIMO technology to reach up to 150 Mbps downlink and 50 Mbps uplink speed. The embedded LTE module is also backward compatible with UMTS/HSPA connection, which enables remote and mobile control of the LAN and WIFI interfaces.
 
Dual SIM Standby for 4G/LTE Redundancy
The product supports dual SIM standby for 3G/LTE redundancy. While the primary SIM connection fails, the second SIM recovers to sustain the other carrier provider.
 
Secure Remote Connection
The product supports VPN for secure remote connections. A VPN provides secure communication between the central office and the remote sites through the public Internet. Pick the JetBox 5630 as the VPN server and the JetWave 2424 series as the VPN client for the ideal secure remote connection solution.
